Hosting

The Hilead platform is hosted on infrastructure operated by Hetzner Online GmbH, located in the European Union (Germany).

Payment processing

Payments for the Hilead Service are processed by Stripe, our payment processor. Hilead Ltd is the merchant of record for customer subscriptions and remains responsible for invoices, taxes, and provision of the Service.

Regulatory information

Hilead Ltd is registered with Companies House (United Kingdom). We are not currently authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and do not provide financial services.

Dispute resolution

If you have a complaint about the Service, please first contact us at hello@hilead.co. We aim to resolve disputes amicably within 30 days of receipt.

If you are a UK or EU resident and we are unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may be entitled to refer the matter to a relevant alternative dispute resolution body or to the courts as set out in our Terms of Service.

The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

Note that the Service is intended for business-to-business use only and is not directed at consumers.
