Define your ideal prospect with LinkedIn filters
Start by opening LinkedIn and running a people search. The more precise your filters, the better your lead quality will be. Use the built-in filters to narrow down by job title (e.g. "Head of Sales"), location, company size, industry, and current company. If you have Sales Navigator, you can go further with seniority level, years in role, and company headcount growth. The goal is to land on a search page showing 50–100 highly relevant prospects rather than thousands of loosely matched ones. Quality over quantity here directly translates to better reply rates later.

Open the Hilead extension on the search results
With your filtered search results on screen, click the Hilead icon in your Chrome toolbar. The extension detects that you're on a LinkedIn search page: a checkbox appears on every result row (with a slim Hilead bar above the list), and the popup opens the Search import panel that tracks your running selection and its credit cost. Tick the prospects you want — from each row Hilead grabs the name, profile photo, and LinkedIn URL (job title, company, and location get filled in by enrichment in the next steps). If your search spans multiple pages, your selection sticks as you paginate, so you can keep ticking across pages. No copy-pasting, no spreadsheets, no manual work.

Select the leads you want to enrich
Your ticked prospects show up in the extension panel under the Selected tab, each with its avatar and name. Keep them all or remove any that look off. This is where you decide how many credits to spend — each email lookup costs 5 credits and each phone number costs 20, and the panel tallies it up live. If you're just starting out, enrich emails first for the whole list and add phone numbers only for your top-priority prospects.

Run the enrichment to find emails and phone numbers
Pick what to enrich — verified emails, phone numbers, or LinkedIn company data — and start the import. Prefer not to tick row by row? Switch to "Top of search" and Hilead imports the first N results of the search for you. Either way the panel shows the estimated credit cost up front. Behind the scenes Hilead's enrichment engine runs a multi-provider cascade: it checks multiple data sources and cross-references them to find the most accurate, up-to-date contact information. Work emails are verified so they won't bounce, and phone numbers are matched to mobile numbers when available.
