Updated
Hublead connects LinkedIn research with CRM records. Before replacing it, decide whether your problem is CRM entry, contact enrichment, or running outreach after capture. This guide compares Hilead, LinkPort and Surfe against those different requirements. Product descriptions checked against the linked vendor sources on September 7, 2026.
- 1
Check the CRM workflow Hublead already supports
Hublead currently lists HubSpot and Salesforce integrations, profile capture, CRM information on LinkedIn and contact enrichment. Do not assume it is HubSpot-only. Test your required CRM, field mapping, duplicate behavior and activity synchronization in the relevant plan. Its public description of multiple data sources does not establish the order of lookups or the credit treatment of every missing result.

Hilead: capture into audiences and campaigns
The Hilead extension supports free CSV export of manually selected profiles and account-based saving to audiences. Enrichment uses credits. Selected-profile imports support up to 50 profiles at a time; Top of search can request up to 500, subject to account limits and available results. Audiences can feed email and LinkedIn campaigns with a unified inbox. Review linked campaigns before importing, and remember that a returned email is not a delivery guarantee. Hilead STARTER costs $49 per month with 50 monthly enrichment credits. Work email starts at one credit, personal email costs three and phone lookup costs ten. Unsuccessful lookups are refunded. The seven-day trial requires a card; managed sending domains with warmup are a paid add-on. See current pricing. If you need CRM record maintenance rather than campaign execution, compare that specific requirement separately.
- 3
LinkPort: examine the CRM import path
Klenty’s LinkPort documentation describes bringing LinkedIn prospect data into supported CRM workflows. Confirm support for your CRM and distinguish basic import from any paid enrichment requirement. The LinkPort comparison explains this distinction in more detail.
- 4
Surfe: evaluate research inside the CRM workflow
Surfe presents a browser extension connecting LinkedIn prospecting with CRM operations and enrichment. Test the fields, synchronization and credit allowance relevant to your workflow rather than assuming every integration behaves identically.
- 5
Compare the handoff, not only the capture button
Use a small common sample to check current-role accuracy, the required contact fields, missing results, duplicate handling and the handoff into your actual CRM or campaign. Record the bill and research time as well as the usable results. Keep the existing tool if it already meets the requirement; these editorial comparisons do not establish a universal coverage winner. Use the LinkedIn search tutorial to walk through selection and audience review in Hilead.
